Branded has an all sales final policy. Please feel free to ask any questions before purchasing, as we do not refund orders.

Orders placed after 2PM, Mon-Fri, will usually be shipped the following business day. This is considered the first business day and will be scanned in transit once received by our carrier. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, or weekends, will not ship until the following Monday - or - business day during holidays. Shipping rates depend on your location and are calculated by USPS, our preferred carrier.

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up. We'll keep your order for serveral days so you can come get it at a convenient time and a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to our store.

Each item from Branded is individually measured while being added in the system to provide customers with the most accurate shopping experience. Check out items description to see measurements to the closest half inch.
